Visiting the website

The website’s own code does not set cookies, use browser storage, or load advertising pixels or analytics. Fonts, photographs and social icons are served as part of this website. Social icons are ordinary links: their platforms are not contacted just because you view the icons.

Delivering and protecting the website involves technical connection data, such as your IP address, the requested page, request time and browser information. Hosting on Cloudflare involves processing this information to deliver content and protect the service. This is based on the legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website. Security information is kept only while needed for those purposes and any applicable legal obligations, under the hosting configuration and provider’s terms.

YouTube videos: your choice

The video preview is an image hosted on this website. No YouTube player, thumbnail request or preconnection is loaded on arrival.

If you select “Accept & load YouTube,” the site loads Google’s YouTube player using its privacy-enhanced domain, youtube-nocookie.com. Google/YouTube then receives information including your IP address, browser information and the origin of this website. Playback may use cookies or comparable technology and can involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Privacy-enhanced mode does not make the player anonymous or remove all data processing.

Loading the player is optional and based on your consent. You can select “Unload YouTube player” below the video to remove it and stop further player connections on this page. This does not undo information already sent or remove cookies held by Google. Your choice is not saved between visits. You can instead use the “Watch on YouTube” link, which takes you to YouTube under its own terms.

When you email us

If you contact us, we receive your email address, the name you provide and the contents of your message. We use these to answer your enquiry and manage any resulting professional relationship, based on our legitimate interest in responding or, where relevant, steps you request before entering a contract. Email is handled through Gmail, provided by Google. We do not add people who contact us to a mailing list without their separate permission.

We retain correspondence while it is needed to handle your enquiry and the resulting relationship. Information needed to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute may need to be kept longer. We do not sell enquiry information.

Newsletters

If you choose “Join the list,” you leave this website for our signup form hosted by MailerLite. We do not load MailerLite’s form scripts or widgets on this website. The hosted signup page has its own technical connection data and is covered by MailerLite’s service policies as well as this notice.

Remon Beeftink Music uses your email address to send Milo Frey’s music news and occasional artist updates, based on your consent. The form asks only for your email address and an explicit opt-in. MailerLite also records signup and confirmation information, such as the time, source, IP address, browser information and permission status, to operate and protect the form and document permission.

You must confirm through an email link before receiving newsletters. The confirmation link records that choice. You can withdraw your consent using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Your address remains on the list while you subscribe. After you unsubscribe, marketing emails stop. Minimal suppression and consent records may be retained to honour your withdrawal and meet legal or accountability requirements. Other information is removed when it is no longer needed for those purposes. You can request access, correction or deletion using our contact email.

MailerLite processes subscriber information on our behalf under its data-processing addendum. Its service arrangements can involve international processing and subprocessors, with safeguards described in that addendum. Read MailerLite’s privacy policy for further information.

No newsletter campaigns have been sent from this list yet. Campaign-level open or click measurement will be reviewed and explained before it is introduced; the confirmation process itself necessarily records whether you confirm.

External links and service providers

Listening links, social profiles and company links take you to other websites. Those services apply their own privacy and cookie policies. Our use of a locally hosted icon or link does not mean we control what happens on those websites.

We use service providers for hosting and email. Where a provider processes personal information on our behalf, appropriate data-processing arrangements are required. Any transfers outside the EEA must have the safeguards required by data-protection law. The applicable Cloudflare and Google service terms describe their processing and transfer arrangements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive portable data where applicable.
